justify;\">Advice on the complex regulations on occupational risks that includes the presence, as client advisers, in the Health and Safety Committees, the analysis of the degree and level of compliance with the regulations in this area of law and appearance, both as advisers or as representatives in summons before the <strong>Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Occupational risk prevention is not limited only to a group of mandatory business standards, but is integrated into the set of activities and <strong>decisions of the company<\/strong>, of which it is a part from the very beginning of the business project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Occupational risk regulations are structured around planning the same from the initial assessment of risks inherent to work, and the consequent adoption of appropriate measures to the nature of the risks detected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this reason, risk assessment is addressed first, as a starting point that can lead to the planning of the preventive activity that is necessary, through some of the organizational modalities that, following the <a href=\"http:\/\/boe.es\/legislacion\/codigos\/codigo.php?id=037_Prevencion_de_riesgos_laborales&amp;modo=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article 31 of the Law<\/a>, are regulated in this provision, depending on the size of the company and the risks or dangerousness of the activities carried out in it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If
